• For orders below 100 EUR, we charge a shipping fee of 5 EUR.
• For orders above 100 EUR, we offer free shipping.

PROCESSING TIMES

DELIVERY TIMES

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return items in their original condition within 30 days of receiving them. To initiate a return, please contact us through the contact page. If approved, we'll provide a return label and instructions. Note that some items, including sale items, custom products, and personal care goods, are non-returnable. For EU orders, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your items. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
